  To put it bluntly my experience, like other reviews I have now read, was down right terrible. While I am young and not a consummate "Real Estate" professional by trade, I have purchased, held and sold roughly 6 properties in a passive manner over the past 5 years and can say with certainty Weichert's representation was the worst I have experienced. To make matters worse when I sent an email to Weichert terminating my buyer's agency agreement (per the contract we had signed), Ralph Nudi (the owner) reached out inquiring who I was. I explained the situation and informed him of what had happened, providing him honest feedback from myself a former client. He responded by viewing my linkedin profile and writing the following excerpts (this is verbatim from the emails he sent me - copy and pasted) essentially attacking me personally? * " just out of college" Rookie with no business or life experiences or track record of competence and integrity. *If there was any mistake on the part of my team, it was in NOT educating you.... Meanwhile he put himself up on a soap box (again this is copy and pasted from his email)! *MY level of experience in this industry, and in THIS market is unprecedented. In addition to being the broker and president of this company, I also currently own and operate a successful property management company that manages millions of dollars in real estate assets, a contracting firm that provides excellent service to our residential clients as well as some commercial clients, and a real estate investing firm. My investment firm has both long term buy and hold investments and buys, rehabs and resells 12-15 properties per year effectively and profitably. I have SEVERAL investor clients who use me exclusively for my ability to find and close profitable deals. I still am active as a retail agent and specialize in taking and selling our higher end listings with experience in both Wisconsin and Illinois. The real kicker is after I sent an email thanking him for taking the time to respond to my feedback. He sent this, "Numbers don't lie" Wow. From what I see all these one star reviews here and on google certainly back that up! My advice is take the time to find another firm that treats the customer with respect. This crew certainly does not do that. It is my sincere hope they get there act together.
